- PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Valid prices are those indicated in euros (€), except in the case of typographical errors.
The prices shown on our website www.expertnails.es correspond to professional products and do not include VAT, which will be applied and displayed in the shopping cart before payment.
Milestone Nail Factory SL reserves the right to change the price of items without prior notice, in accordance with market conditions. The prices published in our catalog do not constitute an offer and therefore do not obligate us to supply the items at that price in all cases.
All invoices and delivery notes are payable on the date shown. Payment must be made by the method indicated at the time of ordering and in euros.

We will ship the order after payment confirmation to Milestone Nail Factory SL's account. We hold orders paid by bank transfer for two calendar days. If payment is not confirmed within this time, the order will be automatically canceled.

- DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The delivery time will depend on the products and the province to which the shipment is made, and in any case, it begins counting from the moment Milestone Nail Factory SL receives payment for the order. Milestone Nail Factory SL will not be held liable for any failure to meet these dates if it is due to causes beyond our control.
If, for reasons beyond the control of Milestone Nail Factory SL, the product requested in your order is unavailable, we will offer you a replacement product of the same price and similar quality, without prejudice to your right to cancel the order and request a refund.
After receiving payment, Milestone Nail Factory SL will ship the merchandise along with the corresponding invoice to the address provided by the customer.

2. Civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (declared or undeclared) or threat or preparation for war..
3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or any other natural disaster.
4. Impossibility of using railways, ships, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of transport, whether public or private.
5. Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.
6. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government or public authority.
7. Strikes, failures, or accidents affecting maritime, river, postal, or any other form of transport.
Milestone Nail Factory SL's obligations under this Contract will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and we will have an extension of time to fulfill these obligations. We will use all reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations under this Contract.
- SHIPPING COSTS, LOCAL PICKUP, AND DELIVERY TIMES
We ship within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) under the following conditions:
Free shipping for orders over €60 excluding VAT (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
For orders under €60, we apply a flat rate of €6 including VAT (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
Delivery time for the Peninsula: 24/48 hours.
Delivery time for the Balearic Islands: 24/72 hours.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
- RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
All our products in this online store are manufactured for professional use by technicians in the sculpted nail industry. Milestone Nail Factory SL is not responsible for the misuse of our products.
Offering the best guarantee and the highest quality is our commitment to our customers. Returns are not accepted for consumable products: gels, polishes, liquids, powders, glues, files, etc.
If a customer is not satisfied with their order, they have fourteen (14) days from the invoice date to exercise their right of return. However, this only applies to non-consumable products or devices.
To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all manuals, accessories, or promotional gifts included, if applicable.
In the event of a return, shipping costs paid according to the order will not be refunded. Therefore, all costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, and after verifying its condition, a voucher for the exact amount of the refund will be issued, redeemable on your next purchase.
In any case, returns of defective products and incorrect shipments will be accepted, with Milestone Nail Factory SL covering the shipping costs provided the customer reports the issue within seven (7) days of receiving the shipment. Similarly, the merchandise will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse.

Although Milestone Nail Factory SL will make every effort to ensure that the supplied product corresponds exactly in all aspects to the one offered in our catalog, minor variations in specifications, package contents, colors, or design may occur due to continuous changes made by manufacturers. These variations will not entitle the buyer to cancel this contract.
- GUARANTEES
Our primary guarantee is complete customer satisfaction with our products. Therefore, if upon receipt the product does not meet your expectations or if there was simply an error in the purchase, you have seven (7) days to return it. In these cases, Milestone Nail Factory SL will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. To process the return, it is essential that both the product and its packaging are in perfect condition. Milestone Nail Factory SL reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this condition.
If the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or if there has been an error on the part of Milestone Nail Factory SL, the customer will have the right to request that the product be reshipped at no additional cost, once the product has been returned to our facilities and the issue has been verified. If the shipment has been damaged during transport, the customer must notify Milestone Nail Factory SL within 24 hours of receipt. In this case, Milestone Nail Factory SL will initiate the claim process with the shipping company to replace the damaged merchandise at no additional cost to the customer.
Shipping costs to our facilities for any warranty claims will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs to the customer for any product exchanges under warranty will be covered by Milestone Nail Factory SL.
