Shipping Conditions:
Orders placed on a business day before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day. All other orders are shipped the next business day.
Once shipped, the transit and delivery time is:
- 1 to 2 business days for shipments to mainland Spain
- 2 to 3 business days for shipments to the Balearic Islands
- 7 to 9 business days for shipments to the Canary Islands (delivery time may be longer due to customs processing)
- 3 to 5 business days for shipments to European countries other than Spain.
(Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days for order processing or delivery.)
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For purchases over €99 + VAT (or other applicable promotional amounts) to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, shipping is free. Free shipping is not available for other destinations.
For the purposes of any claims, you must note any issues with the condition of the merchandise or packaging on the carrier's delivery note upon receiving your order. Milestone Nail Factory SL is not responsible for any damage to the merchandise that may occur during transport. In any case, all claims must be reported within 24 hours. Otherwise, it will be understood that the order has been received in good condition.
Shipping Costs:
Peninsula: The shipping cost within the peninsula is €6 + VAT. For purchases over €99 (or other amounts specified in a special promotion), shipping is free from Milestone Nail Factory SL.
Balearic Islands: The shipping cost to the Balearic Islands is €10 + VAT. For purchases over €99 (or other amounts specified in a particular promotion), shipping is free from Milestone Nail Factory SL.
Canary Islands*: Shipping to the Canary Islands costs €20.
*(Please note and accept that for shipments to the Canary Islands, the courier service may charge an additional fee for customs clearance. The recipient of shipments to the Canary Islands is responsible for covering customs handling fees and/or any other import taxes.)
Rest of Europe (including Ceuta and Melilla)**: Shipping costs depend on the destination country. The system will charge you the corresponding amount.

Availability:
Please note that orders will be shipped subject to stock availability. If an item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery time.
Returns:
In the event of a return, you must notify us of your intention to return the merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. We will only accept returns if the products are unopened, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as the shipping costs for any replacements.
